Q: How fast will I receive a response after submitting the form?

All form submissions are answered within 2 working hours during business days (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM China time). For weekend or after-hours inquiries, you will receive a confirmation email immediately and a detailed reply on the next business day.

Q:What information should I include in my first inquiry?

The more details, the faster the quote. Helpful info includes: bottle capacity (e.g. 250ml), material preference (PET, HDPE, PP, or unsure), estimated quantity, target market (US, EU, etc.), application (food, supplement, cosmetic), and any reference photos. If you don't know yet, just describe your product and we'll guide you.

Q:Are samples really free?

Yes — samples of our standard stock products are free. You only pay the international courier fee (typically $30–60 via DHL or FedEx). Custom samples (with your logo or unique mold) involve a small tooling fee, which is fully refunded once you place a bulk order.

Q:Do you work with small startups or only large brands?

We work with both. Our minimum order quantity starts from 5,000 pieces for stock products and 10,000 pieces for custom molds — affordable enough for early-stage brands while scalable for multinational accounts. Many of our largest clients today started as small orders 5+ years ago.

Q: Can I visit your factory in Cangzhou?

Absolutely. We welcome scheduled factory visits and conduct them several times a month. We can arrange airport pickup from Beijing or Tianjin, factory tours, hotel recommendations, and even local restaurant suggestions. Email us 1–2 weeks ahead to coordinate.

Q:Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 60+ countries via FOB (Tianjin or Qingdao port), CIF (any major port worldwide), or full DDP door-to-door delivery. Common destinations include US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, UAE, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, and Mexico. Contact us with your destination for an exact freight quote.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (for samples and small orders), and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term clients, we offer net 30 / net 60 terms after initial trust is established.

Q: Can you provide certifications and test reports?

Yes. Every shipment includes complete documentation: FDA compliance certificates, SGS test reports, material safety data sheets (MSDS), REACH declarations, and BRC packaging certificates. We can also arrange third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) for specific orders if required.
